Yoga offers a unique opportunity to consciously align our san kalpa with our actions in an easy, direct way -- to maintain purpose so we may not only allow our present intentions to grow into full and strong fruition, but also harvest the fruits from past intentions in a way that keeps us moving forward.
When we tune into our deepest intentions and take the time to nurture them, the results can be spellbinding. Intention comes from the heart, not the head. It's always to our benefit to listen, leave space for the unknown, and trust that whatever we need from our practice will show up.
How will you cultivate intentions for your coming year? New Year's Eve is a perfect time to get still, take stock, and make room for what we want to see next. If you're in Brooklyn, join me for a special practice centered in embracing the new from breath to breath. Sign up here.
