Hi! My name is Christie. In over fifteen years of daily practice and teaching, I practice and share yoga as a means of self study, balance, and regeneration. In my view, by honing our capacity to feel and do, and rest and be, yoga practice allows us to remember and receive inspiration from ourselves as harmonious, whole, and guided by principle, process, and purpose.
