Hi! My name is Christie. Based in principles from my teachers, my own daily practice, and well over a decade of teaching, I share yoga as a practice of self study, balance, and regeneration. By honing our capacity to breathe, feel, and intrinsically trust, yoga practice allows us to remember ourselves as harmonious, whole, and guided by principle, process, and purpose on the mat and out in the world.

One-on-one guidance is the most traditional and effective way to learn how to develop and enjoy your own yoga practice. Recommended on a consistent, ongoing basis, private sessions vary from restorative to vinyasa according to practitioner intentions. May include hands on guidance inspired by bioenergetics and Thai yoga bodywork.
