Hi! My name is Christie. In over fifteen years of daily practice and teaching, I share yoga as an evolutionary tradition of self inquiry, balance, and regeneration. In my experience, by honing the capacity to feel and do, in the context of to rest and be, yoga practice allows for remembrance of the Self as harmonious, whole, and guided by principle, process, and purpose, on and off the mat.
